Hi, if you check the newspaper you will see that all the clocks in club penguin ar going funny, it all started becuase The Clock Tower has had too many snowballs thrown at it and it broke and every other clock is connected to it so they went funny too, anyways Rockhopper is on his way to CP!!!! 
On the 25th April cp will have a Rockhopper arrival party
UPDATE: The polar bear broke the snow forts clock and the crab took the target away + Rockhopper will be in CP on Friday this week!!! and the party will be on the 25th
